The LeanMindz AI Systems Specialist Sprint, Pace Track, or Cohort is a CAPG-funded training designed for Alberta-based employers. This program upskills internal staff who support systems, tech, and operations. Participants will learn how to apply AI in real business scenarios to reduce manual effort, increase uptime, and enhance cross-functional collaboration. Total Hours ~55
Set up automations using Zapier, Make, and Google Apps Script
Build or improve CRM workflows using tools like GoHighLevel and HubSpot
Create prompt libraries for internal automation and tech support
Present a capstone project tied to a real process in your org
Troubleshoot digital tools with ChatGPT and other AI systems
Program Modules
Troubleshooting Tools with AI—Use ChatGPT, Copilot, and structured prompt logic to identify and resolve common tool issues.
Automation Setup & Maintenance—Hands-on Zapier and Make automations, including multi-step flows and webhook triggers.
Technical Prompt Engineering—Write reusable prompt templates for admin, reporting, QA and tech support scenarios.
CRM Configuration + Capstone Presentation—Deploy a functional AI-enhanced CRM flow and present your capstone live to our team.
